Affinity Sutton was an early residential project for T & T Roofing Limited, delivered within the heart of Borehamwood and forming part of the company’s developing residential portfolio.

The flat roofing works were completed using Bauder torch-on SBS bituminous felt systems, providing a straightforward, robust and proven waterproofing solution to the building’s roof areas. The project progressed smoothly and efficiently, with clean sequencing and minimal complexity, allowing for prompt completion within programme.

Despite its modest scale, the project demanded the same level of attention to detailing, workmanship and compliance applied across larger schemes. Drainage formation, terminations and edge detailing were executed to ensure long-term durability and reliable performance.
