Established in 2015, T & T Roofing Limited is one of the UK’s leading specialist flat roofing and structural waterproofing contractors. We operate across the commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and public sectors, delivering approved, market-leading roofing systems from pre-construction and tender stage through to completion.
Our scope includes single ply membranes, liquid-applied waterproofing, structural waterproofing, green and biodiverse roofs, built-up felt systems, hot melt waterproofing, and metal decking solutions, including associated roof finishes and interfaces. We deliver projects ranging from 500m² to 15,000m², with contract values from £10,000 to £6 million, providing technically robust and commercially viable solutions tailored to each scheme.
We are experienced in supporting clients during pre-construction, offering technical input, buildability reviews, value engineering, and programme-led advice to manage risk and maintain cost certainty. Health and safety is central to our operation, with robust management systems ensuring full compliance with current legislation, industry standards, and manufacturer requirements across every project.
