Terry co-founded T & T Roofing Limited in 2015, bringing over a decade of hands-on installation experience prior to establishing the business. Terry oversees the commercial and operational performance of the company, maintaining close involvement with clients, tenders, and project delivery.
Thomas Peebles
Director
Thomas co-founded the business in 2015 and brings over 25 years of industry experience, with extensive technical expertise in commercial flat roofing. He leads site delivery and quality, maintaining the high standards the business is known for.
Commercial & Pre-Construction
David Steadman
Estimator
David is responsible for pricing and tender submissions for major works, ensuring alignment with project scope and requirements, and maintaining clarity across all commercial aspects of the tender process.
Harry Gilby
Junior Estimator
Harry supports the estimating team with take-offs, pricing and coordination of tender information, contributing to efficient and accurate submissions.
Edward Davies
Trainee Estimator
Ed supports the estimating team by managing incoming enquiries and liaising with manufacturers and clients, ensuring all necessary information is in place ahead of allocation to an estimator.

Robert Mercer
Contracts Manager
Robert oversees the delivery of projects from pre-start through to completion, managing programme, coordination and site performance across live schemes.

Jessica Ratcliffe
Office Manager
Jessica manages the administrative function of the business, overseeing accounts, documentation, and internal processes to support the smooth running of operations.
