At T & T Roofing Limited, our accreditations, training, and management standards are aligned with the requirements of main contractors, developers, and public-sector clients. They underpin our ability to deliver compliant, warrantable roofing solutions across a wide range of project types and procurement routes.
We are approved installers for a range of market-leading flat roofing and structural waterproofing manufacturers, including Bauder, Radmat, Sika, IKO, Alumasc, Proteus, Carlisle Construction Materials, Soprema, Widopan, Langley, Danosa, Protan, Fatra and ICB. These approvals enable us to deliver fully compliant roofing systems supported by manufacturer warranties and technical backing, allowing us to support projects from pre-construction through to completion while maintaining specification compliance and long-term system performance.
Health, safety, and supply-chain governance are integral to how we operate. We hold Constructionline Gold, demonstrating compliance with commonly required health and safety, financial, and supply-chain standards at tender and procurement stage. Our health and safety management systems are supported by trained supervision, structured processes, and ongoing monitoring across all live sites.
All site operatives and supervisors are trained and qualified to work safely and competently on live construction projects. Typical qualifications include CSCS Skilled Worker and Supervisor cards, SMSTS and SSSTS, CSCS Black Cards, IPAF and PASMA for access equipment, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, and manufacturer system-specific training. Training and competency records are maintained and reviewed regularly to ensure consistency, compliance, and high standards across our workforce.
Our management team holds a minimum Level 7 NVQ in Construction Management, providing the technical, commercial, and regulatory expertise required to manage complex roofing packages and interface effectively with senior site, commercial, and project teams.
