Project Description

Rivermark is a flagship residential development within Aberfeldy Village, Poplar, and represents one of the largest and most technically demanding roofing packages undertaken by T & T Roofing Limited to date.

The flat roofing and roof coverings package is being delivered using Bauder hot melt waterproofing systems to the main roof areas, complemented by liquid-applied waterproofing to complex and detailed zones. The scope also includes the installation of over 8,000 m² of aluminium decking, creating extensive terrace and amenity spaces across the development.

Despite the scale and value of the project, the roofing works are being delivered to a compressed 12-month programme, requiring disciplined sequencing, detailed coordination and robust quality assurance throughout. The programme demands close management of interfaces between waterproofing, decking systems and follow-on trades to maintain momentum without compromising standards.

The project remains ongoing and stands as a significant milestone within the company’s portfolio. Rivermark demonstrates T & T Roofing Limited’s capacity to manage high-value, large-scale roofing packages while maintaining programme certainty, technical excellence and consistent delivery on a major residential scheme.
