Project Description

Octavia is a substantial residential development in Whetstone, characterised by a complex mix of roof forms, finishes and interfaces across multiple buildings and levels.

T & T Roofing Limited delivered a comprehensive roofing package incorporating single ply membrane systems to the main roof areas, Widopan PMMA liquid waterproofing to wrap-around terraces and more than 100 balconies, and green roofing to low-level bin store roofs. The scope also included paving to all roof areas and parapet cappings throughout the development.

The varied nature of the roof layouts required careful planning and sequencing to manage transitions between systems and ensure continuity of waterproofing across all interfaces. In addition to the roofing works, T & T Roofing Limited also completed carpentry works to the communal canopy entrances, demonstrating flexibility in supporting wider project requirements.

Close control of detailing, workmanship and coordination was essential to deliver a consistent, high-quality finish across the scheme. Octavia highlights T & T Roofing Limited’s ability to deliver complex, multi-system roofing packages involving extensive balconies, terraces and shared amenity spaces within a demanding residential environment.
