Project Description

Millbrook Park is a long-running residential regeneration project in Mill Hill, with T & T Roofing Limited involved across multiple phases over a period exceeding seven years.

Throughout the development, a range of roofing systems were installed to suit varying building forms and performance requirements. These included Widopan liquid-applied waterproofing, Sika single ply membrane systems, and Danosa hot melt waterproofing. Additional elements such as Mansafe fall-arrest systems, freestanding handrails and parapet cappings were also incorporated within the roofing scope.

The phased nature of the project required consistency in detailing, system integration and quality control across successive stages of the masterplan. Each phase was delivered with careful consideration given to interface management, access requirements and long-term maintenance.

The completed roofing works form a cohesive and durable solution across the wider development, supporting both building performance and safe access for ongoing maintenance.
