Project Description
T & T Roofing Limited delivered the full roofing and waterproofing package to this high-quality 47-flat mixed-use residential development in Kentish Town. The main roof areas were completed using the specified Bauder Total system incorporating tapered PIR insulation to create designed falls, alongside a blue roof solution to manage rainwater attenuation requirements. Biodiverse roof finishes were installed with specialist substrate and wildflower plug planting to support the environmental objectives of the scheme.
Additional works included liquid-applied waterproofing to private balconies and terrace areas throughout the development, providing robust seamless protection across multiple interfaces and thresholds. The project was completed over a 36-week programme with close coordination alongside the wider construction team. The completed scheme provides high-specification homes with private outdoor spaces and communal rooftop terraces offering extensive views across North London.
We always value working with GM Developments, whose organised and proactive approach helps projects run efficiently. We were particularly pleased with the final finish delivered across all roof and terrace areas, and it was a strong project to be involved in.
