Scope of Works & Project Description
The works at One Town Centre comprised the installation of a Radmat hot melt waterproofing system with XPS inverted insulation and foam glass tapered insulation across multiple roof areas of around 2140 m² forming part of a mixed-use town-centre development. The scope included waterproofing to podiums and roof levels, detailed interfaces at upstands and drainage points, and coordination with follow-on trades. The completed installation provides consistent, low-maintenance waterproofing suited to long-term use within a mixed-use environment.
