Scope of Works & Project Description
The works at ORN comprised the installation of combined Widopan and Sika waterproofing systems across multiple roof sections within a residential development spanning around 3170 m². The main-roof area consisted of Sika Single-Ply, with the balconies and walkways consisting of Widopan FD liquid waterproofing. The scope included preparation of substrates, application of the respective waterproofing systems, and detailing to interfaces and drainage locations to suit varying roof constructions. The completed installation delivers durable, long-term resistance to water ingress across all roof areas.
