The works at Loxford Lane involved the installation of approximately 3,700 m² of Radmat Hot Melt and liquid-applied waterproofing across podium and roof areas. The scope included waterproofing beneath paving finishes, integration of blue roof attenuation measures, and detailed interfaces at upstands and drainage points. The completed roofscape delivers durable waterproofing combined with effective surface water management.
