Scope of Works & Project Description
Installation of approximately 8,100 m² of Radmat Hot Melt waterproofing across multiple roof levels on a large residential development. Works included deck preparation, hot-melt application, detailing to upstands, outlets and penetrations, and integration beneath finished roof build-ups. The works were delivered in phased sequences to suit the wider construction programme, providing a continuous and durable waterproofing solution.
