The works at Leven Road comprise extensive waterproofing across approximately 15,100 m² of roof area on a major residential development in Poplar. The scope includes installation of Bauder hot melt liquid waterproofing systems across multiple roof levels, with detailed interfaces formed at penetrations, perimeters, and drainage locations. The build-up consisted of XPS inverted insulation, PPC flashings and aluminium decking. The works are being delivered in phases to suit the wider construction programme, providing consistent and durable protection across all roof areas.
