The works at Grange Road comprised Bauder waterproofing and bituminous felts across approximately 2,900 m² of roof area on a residential development. The scope included installation of the waterproofing system together with a foldable free-standing handrail and designated walkway for future maintenance access. The completed installation provides robust, long-term roof protection.
