Scope of Works & Project Description
The works at Corsham Street comprised the installation of approximately 500 m² of Langley hot melt waterproofing to a compact urban roof within a constrained Shoreditch location. The Langley system consisted of inverted XPS insulation and safe2torch bituminous felt. The scope included substrate preparation, installation of the waterproofing system, and detailed interfaces at roof edges, penetrations, and drainage points. The completed installation delivers a reliable and neatly detailed waterproofing solution suited to an inner-city refurbishment project.
