Scope of Works & Project Description
The works at Carlton Dene involved the installation of approximately 5,200 m² of Bauder total roof system across a large residential development. This system included Bauder bituminous felt, cold-applied liquids, both PIR and foam glass tapered insulation, aluminium PVC Flashing, and both green and blue roof finishes. The scope included full roof liquid waterproofing build-ups, detailing to penetrations and perimeters, and integration with associated roof finishes to achieve continuity across all areas. The Bauder system was selected for its proven residential performance and BROOF (t4) compliance, delivering reliable long-term protection.
