Supporting the Grenfell Community

T & T Roofing Limited voluntarily offered its services to support the rebuild of the community centre and boxing gym serving the Grenfell community. As part of the works, a complete new roof installation was carried out to both buildings using an ICB Secutop single ply membrane, providing a durable and long-term waterproofing solution.

The project was delivered under an exceptionally tight programme and brought together the BBC DIY SOS team, Galliard Homes as the main contractor, and a wide range of volunteers. These included individuals from across the local community, city professionals, and on-duty firefighters who had responded on the night of the tragedy.

T & T Roofing Limited worked collaboratively on site to ensure the roofing works were completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, contributing to the successful delivery of a project with significant meaning for those it serves.

The scheme also received a visit from His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, who met members of the project team during the build.

The final reveal marked a powerful and emotional moment, reflecting the collective effort, commitment and goodwill shown by everyone involved in delivering something lasting for the Grenfell community.
