T & T Roofing Limited launched our Apprentice programme on 13th April.

The programme has been developed to provide structured opportunities for local individuals to enter the roofing industry, learn specialist skills, gain practical on-site experience, and begin building long-term careers within the trade. Over the coming months, the company will welcome one new apprentice each week into the business.

As part of T & T Roofing Limited’s ongoing commitment to both professional excellence and social responsibility, the Apprentice Programme reflects the company’s belief in investing in people as well as projects. Supporting the next generation of skilled roofing professionals is an important part of the company’s long-term vision and contribution to the wider community.

By the conclusion of the programme, 20 apprentices will have taken their first steps into the industry through T & T Roofing Limited, helping to strengthen the future workforce of the roofing sector while creating meaningful career opportunities for local people.
