T & T Roofing Limited has been awarded Langley Waterproofing Contractor of the Month in recognition of the high standard of workmanship being delivered on our Walthamstow residential project.
The award relates to roofing works at a large-scale residential development within the Blackhorse Lane regeneration area, providing new homes and shared amenity spaces. The scheme includes extensive flat roof areas serving communal terraces and landscaped zones.
The roofing package is being delivered using Langley waterproofing systems, including a hot melt waterproofing system to the main roof areas. In addition to the waterproofing works, T & T Roofing Limited has installed planters, green roofing and composite decking, requiring careful sequencing and protection of the roof system prior to completion of the overburden and finishes.
