In flat roofing it is best known for Sika Sarnafil single ply membranes and Sika Liquid Plastics cold liquid-applied systems, both specified extensively on commercial, education, healthcare and public-sector buildings where durability and watertight detailing are critical.

Based in Cambridge with over 30 years’ combined experience, T&T Roofing Limited are approved contractors for Sika and all the leading flat roofing and waterproofing manufacturers. As an approved installer, our team is trained and vetted to install Sika systems to the manufacturer’s specification — which means the workmanship is signed off to the standard required for the manufacturer’s guarantee. We take full ownership of everything above the concrete frame, from the waterproofing and insulation through to edge protection, copings and interface details, so there are no grey areas on your roof.
