Scope of Works & Project Description
The works at Marylebone High Street involved refurbishment waterproofing works carried out over an area of approximately 170 m², within a constrained programme. The scope included localised waterproofing repairs and detailing to accommodate existing site restrictions and the installation of Widopan lightweight screed to form compliant roof falls, directing surface water towards the designated outlets. The screed was laid to the required gradients to ensure effective rainwater discharge, eliminate standing water, and support the long-term performance of the waterproofing system. The completed works provide effective protection while maintaining programme requirements.
