Scope of Works & Project Description
The works at Kingston University comprised refurbishment waterproofing using a Langley system involving bituminous felt and tapered insulation, within a constrained live university environment. The roof area spanned around 190 m². The scope included removal of existing finishes, installation of the new waterproofing system, and detailing to accommodate existing interfaces. The works were completed within a tight programme, minimising disruption to ongoing university operations.
