Scope of Works & Project Description
Preparation and overlay application of Carlisle Construction Materials Arboflex PU liquid waterproofing system to existing single-ply roof surfaces serving high-end residential penthouses. Works included inspection and preparation of the existing substrate, localised repairs where required, installation of reinforced liquid detailing to upstands, edges and penetrations, and full system application to provide a seamless, fully bonded waterproofing finish. All works were carried out within a live, occupied building, with temporary edge protection installed in coordination with a specialist scaffolding contractor to ensure safe access and compliance with current H&S requirements.
